(as a service user),

I went for a covid test at the Braid Valley site and was wondering why there was only one nurse swabbing? It took me an hour to get swabbed? Going to the national testing sites would be much faster.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry that you experienced delay when you attended for swabbing.

Our service operates on an appointment system and we aim to swab you within 15minutes of you appointment time. Currently we have two clinics per day and have two people allocated to swab at each clinic.

If you wish to share further details of your appointment date and time I will be able to respond to you in a more meaningful way when I am able to explore the details of what caused the delay on the day you attended.
