About: University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as a service user),

The staff were very nice telling me who they were and also come to bring me up to the departments all the staff were very attentive and also a nurse called Gwen was fantastic with me . Very helpful. Area was all clean and well arranged, also the doctors were very clear on my procedure and a big thanks to them all well done in all that you do.

Dear Jasmin

Thank you for sharing details of your admission to Ward 13 at University Hospital Wishaw.

It was great to read that you found the care you received from Gwen to be fantastic and that the ward environment was well organised and clean.

I was also pleased to note that the doctor took time to explain your procedure in a way which helped you understand fully what was involved in your surgery. This I am sure was very reassuring for you.
