"Shocking Customer Service "

Not the first time I’ve had the worst customer service from this practice. Woman on the end of the phone was very rude and short with me. First time I rang and gave my old address by mistake and she got very angry and said I shouldn’t be at this practice of I’ve moved address I explained my mistake and she continued to say ‘well you just told a different address’ ‘how don’t you know your new address’ ‘how can I believe you when you just said a different address’ her attitude absolutely stunk!!!!!!! The second time I just missed out on getting an appointment that day and she asked what my problems are I explained and she told me phone the ambulance and instantly put the phone down. I am very upset with this surgery they need some customer service training. I know we are all struggling at the moment with the pandemic but please try to be nice to people you don’t understand what they are going through. Please don’t go to this surgery
