"Not happy at all "

I contacted the GP Reception to book a telephone consultation with a HP. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and found his attitude unacceptable and rude, especially as he is at the front line for patient contact. He won’t even bother asking you what is the problem/for calling. He tells you everyday to keep calling tomorrow at 8am when you do call again he says it’s fully booked and sends you bye-bye. Never in my life I get so bad and disrespected and been give a care in the world. I will keep calling and calling.
