My father has been receiving treatment for eye problems for several years at BMEC. He has been shielding since Covid 19 was first identified. He had further eye problems in September and was advised to return to BMEC for emergency treatment which required multiple visits during the last three months.
All of the staff at BMEC have been superb in organising appointments, providing an excellent level of service, ensuring that Covid recommendations have been followed as far as possible and providing high quality treatment. During these difficult times staff have been required to cover for colleagues who have been required to isolate and I know that they have worked well beyond their normal daily hours.
I wish to thank all staff at BMEC for their help, commitment and professionalism.
