"Amazing Dr, great practice. "

I found myself calling the surgery in quite a distressed state after my health condition suddenly worsened. I was very concerned for my health.

I got through to one of the female Dr's at the practice. She immediately recognised my concerns and set about making a plan to control my condition.

She gave me an asthma plan, that was complex but she spent as much time as I needed to make sure I had clarity, in how to apply the plan. She encouraged my questions in order to help alleviate my fears.

She was assertive, clear and very empathetic. The Dr checked in on me a few days into the plan to make sure I was coping with it. And she had a final review, at my request, when I had completed the course of treatments.

She has made me confident that I know how to apply a plan in the future and the steps I need to take to deal with the condition and its changes.

I am so grateful to this Dr, I would highly recommend this practice. I think the Practice hierarchy has allowed Dr's like this one to thrive, and allowed them to keep care as top priority. Not just treating the symptoms presented but taking time in understanding the impact, in the round, on mental health as well.

I've been very well looked after at a very vulnerable time for me during this Pandemic. With the surgery launching their Flu Jab outdoors to protect patients and staff in record time. They have risen to the challenges and have remained very caring throughout.
