"My dad’s emergency admission"

(as a relative),

My dad was recently admitted to Inverclyde Royal Hospital following an acute illness requiring emergency surgery. I was truly impressed with the professionalism of all the staff from the Emergency Department, Critical Care and ward H South. I am glad to say my Dad has now made a good recovery. A special thanks to Ms Chung for her swift diagnosis and intervention - as a family we can’t thank you enough!

Dear Familyguy1,

I am very sorry to hear that your dad was taken unwell and admitted as an emergency patient to Inverclyde Royal Hospital, I'd like to thank you on behalf of all the team at IRH for taking the time to post such lovely words in praise of the professionalism of the staff. Ms Chung was delighted to be mentioned and to hear your feedback.

In these difficult times, it means such a lot to the staff to hear that patients and their families have felt well cared for.

We're very glad to hear your dad is recovering well and wish you a happy festive season.
