I’ve had 3 contacts via the web service this year. All excellent and very prompt to respond. I hope that this device is maintained after the current crisis and surgery visits only occur when really required.

It is always a pleasure to read comments such as this, thank you for sharing your experience with us. Its amazing to hear that to hear that you have been able to access prompt care when you need it, especially with the alterations to appointments we have had to make this year.
