"Excellent response!"

I had occasion to visit this surgery twice during September, once at Three Swans and once at Porton. On both occasions the telephone triage was prompt and I was offered a same day appointment the first time and an appointment within a couple of days the second time. Both doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and the second one, especially, was very thorough. I was referred to the hospital very quickly, on the same day in the case of my second appointment. On both occasions it was not difficult to get an appointment and the consultation and treatment were both excellent. The second doctor telephoned me a week later whilst I was on holiday, to discuss the results of my hospital treatment and made sure that further medication was available as soon as I returned. This doctor has since telephoned me at home to pass on details of letters from the hospital and to ask how I am. I could not have asked for a better response or follow-up from the doctor. Throughout this staff at Three Swans, Endless Street, Winterslow and Porton have been couteous and helpful and have made sure that each surgery is a safe environment to attend. Excellent care all round! Well done, Team Three Chequers, you rock!!!!!!
