I submitted my medical problem via the practices website late one evening requesting for an appointment for infected dermatitis. Over night the infection had spread massively to the point where I could no longer feel the top of my finger as it was so swollen. So I phoned at 8.30am to see if I could speak to someone more urgently that I had previously requested to my surprise I had already been booked in that morning from my online message! Not even 12hrs (only one of which they were open for)! Not to mention I waited less that a min to get through to a happy and helpful receptionist. I myself work on a gp reception so understand how difficult managing patient’s expectations can be so I would really just like to praise the reception team for being so efficient during a very difficult time.. you really all should be so proud you are doing an amazing job.. I could not ask for better care and I know its all down to the wonderful reception admin team who do so much more than people realise. AMAZING! Thank you!
