I was blocked from ordering my repeat prescription on the phone and was advised to do it online. I signed up but it would not let me do it online. I phoned for help and was told I'd get a code via email which never arrived. Called again for help and was told to sign up again but it won't let me as I'm already signed up. I asked can I order my repeat but refused and offered no alternative. I asked to speak to my GP and was refused! I had to go cold turkey on my anti depressants and its been 2 months since I last was able to get any and I've not had any calls from my GP to check on me. I feel so let down.

Dear John, I would appreciate the opportunity to look further in to the circumstances outlined in your comments but you have not given enough details to enable the practice to contact you directly to resolve this issue. We do offer support to patients who are experiencing difficulty with online services. Could you please contact the surgery and ask to speak to the practice manager so we can get you the help and support needed.
