I have now been in the care of the Seamoor unit for close on 2 years and from the first visit which was a little worrying not knowing what was about to happen until the date of writing this feedback I can quite honestly say that all of the staff on reception, nurses and consultants I have been in contact with cannot be faulted. People have been courteous and most considerate in all matters relating to my problem. I have been kept informed of my progress or otherwise and treated most sympathetically.
If there has been a problem with consultations/treatments at the hospital I have been well informed of any alternative visits. With the advent of Covid-19 the necessity for telephone consultations has not been a problem in fact it appears to be a progressive means of discussion and for my part a preferred option although I can well understand that periodically there will need to be face to face meetings.
I do not have any adverse comments to make and feel the system works exceptionally well for my part.
