About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Mental Health Services for Older People (Ward 11)

(as a service user),

Care has been excellent for my brother who is in Ward 11.

I am very pleased with the care the staff have provided and after visiting today seeing my brother looking so well.

I get regular calls from the Ward always keeping me updated.

When visiting I get greeted by a staff member and shown to the visiting room. My latest visit I was greeted by Ruth who asked about my brothers background, his childhood etc. It's nice to know they take an interest in their patients.
