About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Mental Health Services for Older People (Ward 11)

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Once I got over the initail shock of my mother being admitted to Ward 11 I would say that the staff have been great. They could not be any better.

I get regular update calls from the Ward which is really worthwhile as I cannot always get to visit due to work. These update calls are so important in keeping me up to date with my mothers condition.
