I am a patient with gender identity issues. The first GP I spoke to on the subject has remained my focal point at the surgery and each time we talk (by phone given the Coronavirus pandemic) a feel totally comfortable and relaxed and able to discuss my situation freely whilst receiving an understanding ear. Thank you.
