"Amazing "

Had bad experiences in other hospitals so was really anxious- especially having to go alone due to Covid. As soon as I arrived I realised I had nothing to worry about. Very friendly and reassuring. Could see that I was getting stressed and anxious with sensory over load but didn’t rush and explained everything to me. I’d highly recommend - especially if you normally find visiting a&e more stressful and overwhelming than normal. In and out including a X-ray within an hour and it was spotless. Can’t fault a single thing to be honest and if that person hadn’t been so understanding that greeted me at the door I doubt I would've made it into the waiting room!!
