(as a service user),

I recently had an operation at Queen Margaret hospital in Dunfermline.  I was so nervous before my op and all the nurses made me feel so at ease. I would like to thank all of them from samantha who done my pre assessment, nurses Mandy and Steph who looked after me and Ruth. Everyone who I came in contact with was great. Even though they were really busy they couldn't do enough to help or answer any questions I had. They are all a great asset to the hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to post about your recent experience in Day Surgery. I am delighted to see you had a good experience and all staff were great. It can be very daunting coming into hospital but I am glad they helped you feel at ease.
