"Negligent & Unprofessional"

I was placed on a section on Chebsey House and at no point was I read or given my rights. The duty doctor twice recommended I was sent to a general hospital as I was dehydrated due to lack of eating & drinking on my part, I was not sent in case ‘I absconded’. The psychiatrist in charge of the ward showed me no respect along with another senior member of staff and the female medical doctor based on Chebsey House on November 2020. There were a small minority of staff - mostly healthcare workers that were fantastic and very caring. The ward manager was lovely to me to be fair
