"Not what i was expecting"

About: Thornbury Hospital (Sheffield)

Receptionist kurt. Did not like being sent to wash hands no soap. No sanitizers anywhere. Felt the place was run on a shoe string expected better surroundings didnt feel confident having an op here. Patients exiting in pyjamas in main entrance having to pass outpatients coming in. Visual impact from outside poor. Was sent directions to upper floor on my own wandering down a lonely corridor. Waiting in waiting area in a corridor if i am paying i expect better. Infact if i didnt know better which was private Bassetlaw hospital or Thornbury i would say Bassetlaw and that is NHS. But the consultant I saw was brilliant friendly and worth every penny. But no I wont go ahead with an operation here.
