"No care/don't care"

My very elderly mother has had no care from this surgery. Water infection diagnosed over the phone, tablets to pick up, pictures sent to surgery of swollen legs, but still no visit. Mother admitted to hospital with heart failure, no contact from surgery on discharge. After a recent fall and hip surgery and now being nursed at home, still no contact from the doctors, although they have the discharge details. Have had to ask the chemist for advice re her medication. The receptionist is allways very helpful, if I ring, but not so the doctors.
