About: Poole Hospital

My son(13) has had to attend the children's day unit recently for 2 operations. I have only good things to say about our experience. The staff are kind and caring and have always given a high level of care.They have communicated effectively with us as parents which has made a difficult situation far more bearable. The theatre staff and Dr's have been excellent ,explaining everything well and giving us the opportunity to ask questions .All staff we have met are a credit to the NHS.We felt we were in safe hands from the moment we stepped into the hospital .
