"Excellent experience at the Wolfson Fertility…"

I had a wonderful stress-free experience at the Wolfson Fertility Centre during the covid pandemic (not lockdown!) The Head of IVF and nurses were very supportive, friendly and explained everything clearly. Their experience and knowledge made me feel very reassured and contributed to me having an excellent overall experience. I would highly recommend the clinic!

I would also echo what another reviewer wrote about the Pharmacy at Hammersmith hospital - each time we went to collect a prescription, we were guaranteed to wait an hour. Lots of incompetent staff standing around the tile and the pharmacists are extremely slow! They need to hire more pharmacy staff to fulfil prescriptions so the other ones at the til aren’t sitting around or chatting away oblivious to what prescriptions are ready. It looks highly unprofessional and infuriates customers who are already waiting a long time.
