"Ulcerative colitis -no phone call"

About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

Finding it impossible to get a GP appointment and suffering a severe bout of Ulcerative Colitis I contacted the Gastroenterology dept. at Shrewsbury hospital where I have been treated before.     The nurse phoned back and I explained the situation. The nurse I spoke to said they would phone me back after speaking to a consultant.   After 3 days and another message left I have no medication, symptoms that are debilitating and am unable to retain food or fluid for any length of time.  

Just do not know what to do next!
