"Superb Service"

Our GP advised calling an ambulance for my wife who has MS and who had had a fall.

They arrived within ten minutes. It was clear to them that they had to get her to hospital. They did all the necessary tests but needed another unit to administer pain medication and help get her down the stairs. That unit arrived very quickly. Meds administered and they were able to carry her down to the ambulance.

I can't thank them enough or speak more highly of their professionalism, empathy and friendliness. Absolutely first class.
