"Mistakes can be made"

About: Downe Hospital / Ward 1

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

One member of staff who's attitude is not good. No respect to me.

Sometimes room is cold.

Would like a fully trained member of staff to visit along with students as mistakes can be made.

Be listened to more and what patient has to say.

No remotes for TVs

Thanks for taking the time to talk to us.

I am aware about the remotes, we have replaced these a few times but unfortunately they still disappear.

Our student nurses are working towards independent practice but I can assure you if they need supervised they are.
