I just want to thank you all so much for your smoke free group that you operate from your surgery.

I am 66 years old and have smoked for over 50 years.

I am now smoke free since joining oneyousurrey thanks to the fantastic help and support from them.

I am now 6 weeks as a a non smoker and I feel great physically and mentally, I only regret that I did not contact you earlier.

Please pass my gratitude and thanks to all involved, I am so very grateful to you all.
