"Excellent support"

Was suffering from headache, dizziness, and nausea for a few days so called for a phone appointment. One of their trainee GPs called me back within the hour, and proceeded to check up with me twice more during the day, including in the evening. Everything was explained to me clearly, and the doctor was wonderfully accomodating when I explained I couldn't physically get to the surgery. I really felt that my situation was being taken seriously and all efforts were being taken to get me the best care in a really tough situation. The practice has kept up to date with my prescriptions during COVID-19 too. I'm really grateful to the whole team.
