"A and E"

My mother was admitted at 1130 at night into A and E. We are so very grateful to all of the staff who dealt with her - we were kept really well informed even though the unit was incredibly busy.We were involved in her treatment plan which was caringly discussed by the doctors who always prefaced things with “ if you have any questions please ask”

We have had great reassurance that everyone is trying their best - we are most grateful . Thank you from the whole family .
