"Dissapointed"

I have been with this practice all my life over 50 years and very rarely visit the surgery at the moment I need a sick not but trying to get 1 is very difficult and likely to cause me to lose my job I rang up Friday and was told to fill out the form on line over the weekend as sick notes could only be done on the day they were needed and could not be backdated or forward dated as things may change but the service was unavailable as the surgery was closed so filled 1 out first thing Monday rang Monday afternoon and was told I could collect 1st thing Tuesday this morning was told it was not available and could not find any record of it although it was there yesterday and have now been told paperwork can take 3 days so it now looks like there will be a break in my sickness as far as work is concerned. My breathing becomes a lot worse when I am stressed and felt like I needed extra medication after dealing with reception and had to sit in the carpark and use my inaler before I could leave If I had not been sick before hand I certainly would have been after I understand the NHS and the surgery are very busy at this time but it is only a peice of paperwork I need
