"Was unable to breathe because of asthma"

I was suffering from asthma and was barely able to breathe so visited this Medical Centre.

I was extremely distressed and became more so when the Receptionist informed me I could not see a doctor but if I left my number she would endeavour to get a doctor to call me. I needed to be seen by a doctor to test my breathing not to take a ‘phone call. I started to cry and a very kind lady came to my side and was very comforting and took me to an upper level and said she would arrange for a doctor to see me if I waited a while, which is what happened and I was very grateful to her and the doctor. My thanks to the kind lady who helped me, she is the kind of person who is needed in a Medical centre ( regret not remembering her name) and shame on the Receptionist who actually showed me contempt not compassion.
