Waited three months for my appointment. Was dumped on another provider who clearly wasn’t at all bothered. I was written off and just left to my own devices by them. A week later I received a letter stating that I had been released from therapy. I’m now pulling my hair out with distress and frustration. NEVER AGAIN!

Really sorry to hear that you have been left high and dry! If the other provider couldn't help, they should have directed you back to the main service. Your post is anonymised so we cannot contact you. So could you get in contact with us so that we can look into what has happened here. You have been poorly managed and we are keen to address this and get you to the right support. Our handling of the situation has clearly caused further distress. So don't give up on us, and please get in contact so we can find a way forward.
