"Terrible admin and poor systems, wasting…"

Had a very poor experience at Edgware branch. Admin is very inefficient wasting patients' and doctors' time. Have been issued with incorrect medications by doctors, and have had medications left out of prescriptions when they were supposed to be issued. Rang up multiple times to seek corrections and cannot get through to anyone (especially when office staff try to refuse me appointments). Had two emails to the Practice Manager about my situation ignored. Absolutely helpless situation to be left without medication and without a GP to speak to. Tried emailing the office but none of my emails have been acknowledged nor actioned. Cannot go into the surgery in-person due to coronavirus.

Also, had repeated issues of scan results and consultant letters being lost administratively and not being uploaded to the system (so have not been able to discuss key issues with GP on phone). Very poor admin.

Ongoing problems with the surgery and really do not know what to do as a patient anymore. Please help.

We are unable to comment on Anonymous post. The practice has complaint policy, we would be happy to receive the complaint to help us investigate and respond. We have reviewed incoming patient emails and there is no outstanding matter relating to issues that has been raised in the comment.
