"Daughter's hearing aids"

My daughter, 18, was told she needed hearing aids just before the pandemic hit us. She was looking forward to getting them to help her to help her feel more confident and make progress at college. She was disappointed as she thought she would have to wait a long time. However they were posted out to her and any time she has had a problem, be it needing new batteries or they need a good clean and new tubes someone friendly is always at the end of the phone willing to help.
