"They refused to treat my daughter"

About: Croydon GP Hubs

(as a parent/guardian),

Daughter had abscess removal under general anaesthetic last month, was told it would need repacking every 48 hours probably for a few weeks.   GP currently under COVID restrictions so could only oblige with one appointment every two weeks or so, so went to walk in centre instead.

This was fine for the first three weeks or so after which they refused to treat me daughter any more saying she had been there too many times!   We did explain the GP situation every time she went but they still kicked her out.   They also had the cheek to say she was using too many resources - by which they meant dressings.   Shot them straight down in flames over that as every time we provided our own supplies.   Typical though to bring it all back to money.   Can't speak highly enough of the nursing staff there were great but the way this place is managed is ridiculous.
