(as a parent/guardian),

I attended the local COVID testing hub with my 3 year old for a test (accessed through NHS occupational health) - the whole process was easy to navigate and supportive, staff performing the test were great with my daughter and really put her at ease, making quite an unpleasant experience for a toddler (and potentially a parent!) not traumatic in the slightest.

Thanks to all involved in the process.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us. For many, the thought of attending the Covid Testing Hub can be quite worrying and particularly for those with young children for whom it can be very intimidating.

Your positive feedback will be very reassuring for those people with any concerns. It will also be encouraging feedback for the staff who provide the service and I will be sure to pass on your comments. Thank you.
