"Very unhelpful "

I went in with an injured leg and couldn’t put any weight on my leg so had to hop in. The best way I can describe the triage nurse is hugely unhelpful and lazy. Someone who must have been moved from other departments for her lack of empathy and lack of effort. She revelled in what little power she had without thinking of the people she was being paid to care for. Making me hop around without offering assistance. Sending me back to hop to the seating area because although there was no one at the desk she hadn’t called me up. She could see I was struggling to move around. She did the same thing again when I was sent to her for crutches. No care or attention. A disgrace to the NHS
