"Exceptionally unprofessional"

The person who saw us was unprepared, did not have the materials necessary for the appointment for a person with visual impairment. Was unable to communicate with the patient. Failed to administer the test. Was very judgemental about the patient and lacked awareness of their own role/limitations in failing to establish rapport and effectively communicate. Did not complete the necessary paperwork to follow up which could have put the patient at risk.
