"Bad"

This is by far the worst surgery I have ever had to deal with in recent days and months. They cancelled my hospital appointment Because they tought I did not need to go. so they must be psychic at the same time. After trying for 3 days to get through to the surgery I had no joy.so I phone 111 for help instead. I then had a video call with one of the doctors at the surgery for them to tell me I needed a X-ray and to come and pick up a letter. So I went to the surgery to pick this letter up and guess what it was n't ready for collection. I have rang twice For the letter.. The 2nd time I was told I have to keep on phoning until its Ready for collection..this is not caring for people. This is an inconvenience for any one trying to live.
