"Caring, comfortable and heard"

I cannot thank the staff (nurses, anaesthetist and surgeon) enough for the care I received whilst in for my diagnostic laparoscopy and endometriosis removal. I felt so reassured and cared for, my concerns were heard, I had everything explained in as much detail as I needed and I wasn’t just tossed aside and left to it. I felt really looked after and it made my visit a lot less scary and overwhelming. Finding out I have a chronic illness that is more than likely to return has been a shock, but knowing the lovely staff who were there might be there if I need them again really puts my mind at rest. I really was in good hands. Big thank you.
