I had a telephone appointment today as a follow up to a previous appointment with a Doctor from the pain clinic at Sunderland Royal Hospital.

This was a follow up to discuss the plan to move forward with my treatment.

The Doctor discussed my medication and made the appropriate adjustments and then submitted these to the pharmacy to ensure I had the correct amount when ordering (due today), he also gave me all the details needed for a self referral to engage with EDMR therapy, because of this I was able to sort it out the same day and get and appointment to speak with someone as soon as Monday (16/11/2020).

The Doctor even gave me a courtesy call at 19:00 this evening to ensure I had spoken to the correct people and to see how i had gotten on.

This was above and beyond in my opinion and I just wanted to put on record my gratitude and thanks.
