"Exceptional physiotherapy treatment"

I injured my elbow which exacerbated a previous arm injury. Unfortunately, this was during the first Covid wave so there was a delay in hands on treatment.

Despite this I was assessed as much as possible via telephone consultation and advised on treatment programmes to carry out. I was able to do this myself until it was safe for hands on treatment.

I have received exceptional care from Jane for the past few months. She was always very professional, had amazing active communication skills and made me feel very comfortable in her care.

Her knowledge and skills have really shown through. I started off believing I would never be pain free, but thanks to the treatment Jane has provided, my arm has dramatically improved. I feel encouraged that this injury won't last forever by her positive nature and encouragement.
