I needed support with Alcohol addiction.
Initially I was feeling angry and frustrated with my situation and inability to fully get control.
With the different group meetings and the core session offered by inclusion, a very competent key worker and wonderful participants who have been in a very similar situation, I have stated to build a comprehensive tool box to aid my recovery.
