"Update on Rheumatology outpatients referral"

Following previous issues with referral appointments, I have now had my appointment at Ayr Hospital Outpatients and it was a complete success, thank you!

I felt totally cared for and welcomed by every single member of staff I encountered, from the lovely receptionist at the entrance, the kind medical team of the department and the attentiveness and care of a brilliant doctor.   The entire experience was completed in a very safe environment and was so efficient, yet at the same time in a relaxed, calm atmosphere.
