"Pleasant and friendly Haematology Outpatients"

I have posted before regarding my treatment and care by Kate and the front office team who monitor my health condition over past years but this last year they have excelled during a very difficult time. The adoption of telecon consultation was appreciated and contact with my GP helped with blood sampling to allow for telecon to operate satisfactorily. At all times any contact with the team was met by pleasant and friendly conversations with professional attitude to give me answers and confidence going forward.

Well done to Kate and all staff of Haemotology who have made this year bearable (medically and socially) and best wishes for the festive season.
