"Repeat prescription "

About: Dishley Grange Medical Practice

Asthma review required to order a new inhaler which I can understand.

I was told there would be no face to face appointments so would be done over the phone. I was given a date and time for the call but no one called.

I put a request again for my prescription but again said I needed a asthma review.

I rang them and they told me I missed the appointment at the surgery, I told them it was a phone call appointment as they were not seeing face to face to which she had no answer.

I have rang again today and they have told me they have no appointments for the next couple of weeks with the nurse. They said they would call me back. I’m really not holding my breath on this to be honest.

I really do need this inhaler ASAP but help is absolutely terrible.

Please accept our apologies for the frustration this may have caused you- we are doing telephone reviews for certain medical conditions to reduce footfall at the surgery during the pandemic and to protect patients who are more at risk from the virus. Please be assured we will endeavour to process your request but if you have any problems please call the practice and speak to the management team.
