Thank you for using Econsult. It depends how the information is added hence advice is given to ring 111.

For medication queries, patients can contact our prescription clerk between 12-2pm or you could email the surgery SUNCCG.PrescriptionsA89010@nhs.net. This email address is for any queries. This email is monitored throughout the day and the information is passed to the clinician. If contact is required, then our team would make contact with patients.
