I had an appointment for my dad arranged for audiology and made it through Worcester hospital for today at 10 this morning only to arrive for them to tell us that there was no appointment for him despite me ringing yesterday to double confirm that the appointment was still taking place to get his hearing aids sorted which he’s desperate to get them sorted and it took so much persuading for me to be able to leave them there for them to look at what’s the point in making appointments when you show up to be told that you don’t have an appointment when clearly you do why would someone be there if they didn’t have an appointment

I am afraid I am unable to respond to your comment. We are a GP practice and do not hold audiology clinics. If your father has experienced problems with an appointment with the surgery could you contact the surgery directly and ask to speak to the Practice Manager and I will investigate this for you.
