(as a service user),

Met with Consultant Ms Harper and Nurse Specialist Emma to discuss treatment plan for cancer of womb. Both were extremely compassionate and caring, listened to my concerns and were able to explain options for treatment.   At no time did I feel rushed, even though I had a long list of questions to ask!   Communication since has been excellent via Administrator Kay who has been arranging dates for surgery etc. Kay has been great at co-ordinating appointments with other departments also.   A really good experience so far with this team - thank you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback after a recent visit to the Gynaecology outpatient department at Lincoln County Hospital. As a team we really value patient feedback in order that we can develop our services and care for our patients, so they feel valued and supported and also to ensure that anything we are not getting right we can learn from and try to rectify.

When we receive such positive feedback this is a real morale boost for the staff involved and it is very encouraging to the team that they are demonstrating the patient centred compassionate care that we all care passionately about.

I will ensure that I pass on your kind comments to the team members you have named and to the wider team, which I know they will be incredibly grateful for.

Thank you once again for taking the time to leave your comments especially when you have so much more to think about during this difficult time.
