I felt very dissatisfied with my experience. I had been referred by my GP and it was clear from the first instance that as a non-private patient I was a burden on the doctor's "valuable" time.
I was called 2 hours before my appointment telling me to get there as soon as possible. I arrived 1 hour earlier to help him.
When I got into the office, he checked me for 10 seconds before telling me what the issue was. Reminding me I was not private so I have to wait (Which is completely understandable), the rudeness was not.
I then asked about another issue I was having, which was dismissed before he went back to typing, simply saying "goodbye". I came away with no real understanding of my problem, only that he was not willing or able to discuss it further.
Finally, the questionnaire I was told to fill in was not asked for, when I prompted him about it. He said I could leave it with him but it was not important.
In all a horrible experience. I would highly recommend anyone to stay away from this place. Being referred there has just highlighted the clear snobbery the moment they realise you are not a private patient. Back to my GP to actually resolve the issue.
"Rude Doctor, terrible experience."
