"Excellent ,Caring Team"

I have been a patient at Somerford Grove practice for 24 years. First point of call is the receptionist. I found all of them helpful and listen when you are explaining your symptoms. There has been times I have been so ill and they get the doctors to call me back. I’m so grateful they pass the message on and I get a phone call back.

All the GPS’S at the surgery are all professional and have a great knowledge on what your symptoms are. I have not got one Doctor but a team that gives excellent care. There is a system that has been on going for years that if you have an emergency. You can queue before 8:30am to see a doctor that same morning that is only if you can make it, and stand for a period of time to be seen. However when I’m to ill I contact the surgery and one of the doctors will call me back. I’m confident in the Team at the practice keep up the great work.
